Shipping policy

Delivering your item is the most crucial part of the transaction and we put great effort into our infrastructure to ensure that deliveries are done smoothly and on time.

All the delivery option available to our customers our specified in the table below. In some cases certain shipping methods might not be available so we will choose a service which is most similar to the one you have selected whilst placing your order. Delivery Schedules are courier guidelines and can often vary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances which is out of our control.

We do ship internationally and shipping costs depend on several factors such as weight, dimensions, destination, carriers and shipping method used. Typically we us DHL Express to ensure you receive your purchase in a timely manner, please not we are not responsible for any customs charges or taxes at your location.

We offer next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm with a minimum spend of £50.00. 

RETURNS

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return your items within 14 days - no questions asked. Please not this exclude items from the model car collectible products and you have 3 days to notify us of any damage or arrange a return. 

Whilst returns are processed on the first working of receipt please bear in mind that it can take up to 2-3 working days for your refund processing to complete, in the meantime please direct any questions and concerns to our customer service team here.

SHIPPING COST

If your order is more than £50 then the standard shipment method charge would be waived!

International order will not qualify for free shipping  and the standard shipping methods available will be used based on the weight and dimensions of parcel. In addition shipping charges may vary, please contact our customer service team at hi@worldofkidz.com for a response.
